Aligning with the attraction, development and retention focus of the TRS programme, we have also developed extensive Recruitment functionality enabling all registered companies to promote their vacancies and access a pool of prospective employees.

The main TRS platform supports the recruitment of experienced candidates while the new Talentview platform has collaborated with universities and colleges to facilitate the recruitment of early careers candidates including graduates, students and apprentices.
